Personal war sehr freundlich und hat mich über jeden Schritt aufgeklärt. Da es meine erste Gesichtsbehandlung überhaupt war, war das Peeling sehr intensiv und hat sich während der Behandlung etwas unangenehm angefühlt. Meine Haut hat sich aber am selben Tag noch beruhigt und sieht nach 2 Tagen frischer und glatter aus.

Das Kosmetikstudio Yasumi erfüllt meine Erwartungen in jede Hinsicht .Man fühlt sich sehr individuell behandelt .Die ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt für das Wohlbefinden.Ich bin vor allem sehr zufrieden da die eingesetzte bei mir Gesichtsbehandlungen wurden genau an die Bedürfnisse meiner Haut angepasst und haben gute erwünschte Ergebnisse gebracht. Im Yasumisalon fühlt man sich sehr gut 😊 beraten und entspannt 😌.Ich bin sehr sehr froh 😀 dass ich das Salon Yasumi in Wien entdeckte und eine Kundin geworden bin.Empfehlenswert 👍👍

I came across Yasumi studio on Google and wanted to try it out, since then I am only going there. The owner is super pleasant, calming and positive person who will give you great advise. Comparing the prices in Vienna they are very reasonable for what you get. I tried IPL and it paid off, also face cleaning is fantastic or one can get a great manicure. Studio is cosy, quiet, full of light and it gives you a feeling you are at home. I highly recommend it for relaxation escape.

After my Japanese manicure, my nails look nice and shiny, but otherwise the rest of my hands are a disaster. My nails were filed a bit shorter, some mineral paste/powder was buffed into my nails, and my cuticles were cut, dry (no soak beforehand or anything), and that was the end of the service. One cuticle was cut so badly that it bled during the manicure and again later in the day. The skin around my nails is red and torn in several places, and it hurts like mad to even wash my hands or have anything touch my fingers almost 48 hours later. One nail was still so uneven afterward that it snagged my pantyhose when I got home.
Really a disappointment, because the salon, while not fancy, was clean and pleasant and the owner (also the sole practitioner) was very friendly and nice to chat with, and the price was very reasonable. Since the owner performs all the services - and several are offered, maybe it's simply that manicures aren't her speciality.
